School

During this school year I don't really know what was great. I didn't enjoy going to school or doing the homework. I'm glad that it is all coming to an end. I hated doing all these blog's the most. My biggest accomplishment was getting through Mr.Hays class. My plans for this summer are to stay in Wellington and farm.

Tonya Craft, Former Georgia Teacher, Acquitted of Molestation Charges

Tonya Craft; the former kindergarten teacher who was accused of molesting three young girls, including her own daughter. She is not upset with the allegations made against her, in fact she said she feels sorry for the children. The Catoosa County, Georgia jury returned its verdict Tuesday after nearly two days of deliberation in the trial of the 37-year-old. The former Chickamauga Elementary School teacher faced 22 charges of child molestation, aggravated sexual battery and aggravated child molestation. When I saw this it reminded me of how sick our world is today.

Frijoles

Arizona has recently passed a new law. It states that they can pull over anyone that looks suspicious of being an illegal immigrant and make them show there papers. I do believe this is necessary when the United States has approximately 11.6 million illegal immigrant. I don't think it should be a big deal to show your papers if you are a citizen. To me this has know relationship to Nazi similarities. That was a different time and this law is wat needs to happen to stop this. I think that Texas should do the same thing to stop immigration. This will lead to racial profiling, but if you don't like the law you should move.

Crash n Burn Airlines

It was a success; the test run through the cloud of dust was successful. It was a two hour flight in a beat up 747 Dreamliner. They had no hope for us, but we were determined to make it. It was the bumpiest flight I have ever been apart of; when we entered the cloud of ash it was a solid hour an a half of darkness. When we landed we had a crowd of people waiting for us with smiling faces.

Keep Your Receipt

I miss the days when you only returned stuff at stores. If you don't like your kids I guess you can just return him. People can be so stupid; why would you send a little boy back. He was seven years old for crying out loud. It's a shame what our world is coming to. So I believe that we don't need to send our kids back and try to keep them.

OOPS!

car dude"Well you see it was kinda a rainy and the roads were slick and I got in to the other lane when all of a sudden I lost control. I got turned sideways and before I knew it I was being pushed by an eighteen wheeler down the highway. I was scared for my life that I was going to get ran over or flip. It is a miracle that I am still alive I only thank the good Lord."

trucker"I was just driving down the highway on my normal route eat'n left over pizza. I had the radio turned up pretty load and wasn't really paying attention. When all of a sudden I heard this noise; so I turned off the road. That's when I realized that I had been pushing a car."

WOMAN!

Sacagawea, born around 1788, was born into a tribe of Shoshones, near present day Idaho. She and twelve others were kidnapped during a battle and taken to North Dakota. She was pregnant with a baby when Meriwether Lewis and William Clark set up Fort Mandan near their villages. Lewis and Clark agreed to hire Sacagawea and her husband when they realized she spoke Shoshone. Knowing they would need the help of the Shoshone tribes on the banks of the Missouri, she helped guide the expedition from North Dakota to the Pacific Ocean.

Elizabeth Stanton is known for having the first Women's Rights Convention. She decided to come come up with the idea when she found out the World's Anti-Slavery Convention in London was denied. She initiated the long struggle to women's rights and suffrage. She took a stand to do something she believed in even though she knew it could be denied right before her eyes and that's what makes her so courageous.

American Invention

I believe the greatest American invention is automobile. Everyday most people get in there cars and go to work. Some people go to work in a car and sell cars, and some people go to work in a car and build cars. Some people go to work and fix broken cars. To make a longer story short the automobile is a very important part of our lives. It has made us who we are today almost everything is revolved around the automobile. In 1876 the first american automobile was invented by George Selden. It looked like a carriage and was ran by a gasoline motor.

DIe Phone Die

If money was no object and I could invent anything in the world. I would invent a battery for your phone that never dies. It would be sold at entertainment stores. It would be sold for different brands and models of phones. Starting off at one hundred dollars I would like to introduce you to the future.

Dear TAKS,

I would like to take this time to let yall know how I feel about the TAKS test. It is not a very good way to test our knowledge. I think yall should find another way to test us. I don't have all the answers, but I know that TAKS is not the answer. Know body likes it so shove it.

Well?

It's a hard decision because all my life I've never had to monitor my t.v. I have grown up knowing that it is my responsibility to get my stuff done. I don't rely on anyone to help me with my responsibility's. I guess I would have to say that no t.v at all is going a little far, but I'm not the president. So people start your t.v.s and lets get ready to watch some t.v

Whales N Stuff

There names is killer whale for a reason. I believe that they should keep the whale in captivity for breeding, but also it is to expensive to move him to the ocean. It is horrible thing that has happened, but they are wild animals for a reason. I don't think that we should blame the whale for this.

We Honor You

Since February is Black History Month I believe that we should all honor those who have done great things for us. The first person I would like to honor is Benjamin Oliver Davis, Sr. He was the first African American General Officer in the regular army and in the U.S. Armed Forces. He was promoted to first lieutenant on March 30, 1905; to captain on December 24, 1915; to major (temporary) on August 5, 1917; and to lieutenant colonel (temporary) on May 1, 1918. He reverted to his permanent rank of captain on October 14, 1919, and was promoted to lieutenant colonel on July 1, 1920; to colonel on February 18, 1930; to brigadier general (temporary) on October 25, 1940. He was retired on July 31, 1941, and recalled to active duty with the rank of brigadier general the following day. The next person I would like to honor is Bessie Coleman. She was the first African American female pilot. She inspired many woman and African Americans to stand up for what the believe in and do what you love. But most of all because she was a Texas girl. And weather O'Bama changes America or not he should be honored for doing something his race has never done before.

Super Bowl; Super Money

For Superbowl XLIV the price is being reported as between $2.5 and $2.8 million for a 30 second commercial on CBS, which is lower than the reported $3 million price for Superbowl XLIII on NBC. Businesses are willing to spend so much on commercials because it gets there industries on the map. People think of the commercials and notice the companies. Tim Tebow's Superbowl commercial is going to cause trouble because anytime you start talking about religion it's going to cause controversy. I think if Tim beleives in what he is telling the us he should do it.

This is what makes me want to help them.
Haiti occupies the western third of the island of Hispaniola, between the Atlantic Ocean and Caribbean Sea, which it shares with the Dominican Republic. Haiti has an area of 10,714 square miles, slightly smaller than Maryland. Its capital and largest city, Port-au-Prince, is in a bay on the country's southwestern coast. Haiti's population was estimated at 6,867,995 in July 2000. The country's demographic statistics reveal the effect of extreme poverty and an HIV/AIDS epidemic. These conditions have reduced life expectancy to 49.2 years, contributed to high infant mortality and general death rates, and slowed population growth. The magnitude 7.0 earthquake that triggered disastrous destruction and mounting death tolls in Haiti this week. Nearly up to two hundred thousand deaths so far. This made January 12, 2010 one of the worst earthquakes ever. This earthquake killed hundred of thousands of people. It has destroyed there country, but most of all there life's. The orphans have been sent to America so we can raise little Haitian babies. We are sending water, troops, doctors, and firefighters. To help them in any way we can. China sent help before us to help out. There are many organizations that are helping out with the earthquake such as the red cross, NBA, and the NFL. Some are sending money, but some are sending help

Mark McGwire

Well I'm not a big baseball fan; I will tell you one thing. Yes taking steroids is bad, but it doesn't make Mark McGwire a bad guy. My motto in life is if "You ain't cheat'n you ain't try'n." So I say put him in the Hall of Fame. He was a good player, and most baseball players do steroids take them so whats the big deal.

In A Small Town

Well living in a small time it has its advantages, but it also has its disadvantages. Wellington is kinda like heaven, kinda like hell. Kinda like church, kinda like jail. The only thing between the two is cotton. Your either stuck in jail or your late for church; words going to get around. If I could improve this poor excuse for a town I would put in a big truck stop. I would have a couple fast food restraunts in it. Because highway 83 goes through Wellington it would help with jobs and people would stop at the truck shop.

The Road Goes on Forever and The Party Never Ends

The reason I think most people make new year resolutions is to live a better life, make more money, and be healthier. People do make them this time a year is because of the new year and they want to start over new and fresh. But most of the time people just live their normal life and don't keep their resolutions because most people don't ever stick to what they say there going to do. Most people's resolution is to quit smoking which hardly ever works out. This year I plan on getting rich or die trying. I plan doing this by getting a good job, but most importantly getting a rich girlfriend. on But most importantly living for the Lord. Because the road goes on forever and the party never ends.
